چکیده
A variety of polymer resins have been used to fabricate micro/nano structures via imprint lithography. In addition, with an interest in productivity, there is increasing demand for the study process easily demolding a cured resin from mold continuous fabrication micro/nanostructures applying lithography roll-type equipment. Among these resins, Norland optical adhesive (NOA) particular widely structure-based functional surfaces because its shape memory characteristics, biocompatibility, and great characteristics. However, NOA originally as epoxy-based high adhesion. has many advantages UV-curable adhesive, but process, such adhesion brings limitation. This causes defects during so it difficult apply process. Here, we present durable polyurethane acrylate (PUA) soft capable clean having by depositing metal on surface. Au Ni were deposited thickness 100 ? using E-beam evaporator. To verify surface each metal-deposited was compared previously measuring contact angle calculating energy. test performance our mold, imprinted nanoline pattern roll (R2R) more than 240 replications 90 min operation time. It expected that this can be mass production patterns required fields.

Mold Fabrication for 3D Dual Damascene Imprinting
Previously, a damascene process based on nanoimprint lithography has been proposed (Schmid G M, et al. in J Vac Sci Technol B 24(3) 1283, 2006) to greatly reduce the fabrication steps of metal interconnection in integrated circuit. For such a process to become a viable technique, a mold having two pattern levels with precise alignment between them must be fabricated first. To this end, this wor...
متن کاملPermeability of adhesive resin films.
The purpose of this study was to quantify the permeability of adhesive resin films to water by measuring convective flow across thin films. Cured resin films were prepared with the use of five commercially available adhesive resins and an experimental resin. Two types of resin films were prepared from solvated comonomer blends within each product; resin films made before or after evaporation of...
متن کاملAdhesion Mechanisms of Durable Wood Adhesive Bonds
This chapter presents and discusses the current state of the art regarding adhesion mechanisms in characterizing durable adhesive bonds for wood composites. Particular emphasis is placed on phenol-formaldehyde (PF) and polymeric methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (pMDI) adhesives. An overview of current adhesion mechanisms is presented with an emphasis on categorizing adhesion mechanisms relative ...
متن کاملBond strength of adhesive resin cement with different adhesive systems
BACKGROUND To assess the immediate bond strength of a dual-cure adhesive resin cement to the hybridized dentin with different bonding systems. MATERIAL AND METHODS Fifty-six healthy human molars were randomly divided into 7 groups (n=8). After 3 longitudinal sections, the central cuts were included in PVC matrix and were submitted to dentin hybridization according to the groups: G1 - etch & r...
متن کاملReversal imprinting by transferring polymer from mold to substrate
A reversal imprinting technique was developed in this study. A polymer layer was first spin coated on a patterned hard mold, and then transferred to a substrate under an elevated temperature and pressure. The reversal imprinting method offers an advantage over conventional nanoimprinting by allowing imprinting onto substrates that cannot be easily spin coated, such as flexible polymer substrate...
